Fancyadults only hotel with great staff and food. There were a minibar, a flat-screen TV with cable channels and a personal safe in the room, loved that. The restaurant was good and food was delicious. Fine check-out was useful. The pool was nice and the views were fantastic. Actually everything was nice, my next choice again in La Fortuna.

I was there for 2 nights and ate at a la carte restaurant with the same quality food. The staff were amicable and helpful in case of questions. The location was practical, at a medium distance from Arenal Ecoglide Park.

This hotel is the perfect place for those who want to enjoy exclusive amenities. Our suite was luxurious and fulfilled all our needs. the service at the spa and wellness center was impeccable and the outdoor swimming pool was a highlight. We indulged in a full body massage and beauty treatment, which left us feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Additionally, the garden area with sun loungers and hot spring bath were a fantastic touch.
There was one minor issue that affected our stay.
the menu at the restaurant lacked variety and the breakfast buffet could have been improved.
